We are a well established (35 years) firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants with a highly diverse skill set incorporating sales and marketing and dealing in the “Real World”.  Whilst being London based we cover the UK and have extensive overseas connections.

What type of Companies can we help?

It must have two things:

1. A solid and real core business, something which, with the correct support and finance, could make good profits.
2. Even more important is it must have Directors who are committed to a reasonable and sensible way forward. Do they share our view that every decision  should be justified by:

       a) The common sense test?

       b) This being the best way forward for the Company?

We all make mistakes but most happen through lack of thought!

We will consider most types of businesses even if they are in deep financial problems providing they satisfy the above criteria.

Many Company Directors are skilled in developing a product or taking a company so far, but do not have the necessary Management, Financial or Marketing skills to fully develop their dream.

If we can add value to a business, with the management team being totally behind us we will take our reward out of the added value that we have helped to create.
